Sunshine machinery & electronic Co., Ltd was established in year 2002 in accordance with the reorganization of the modern enterprise system from pingxing city, jiangxi province, China, next to state road 319, near to pingxiang railway station and just one hour by car from huanghua international airport. Till now, we have grown to be an industrial complex covering an area of more than 10, 000 square metres with complete sets of maufacturing equipments for producing parts of various turbochargers, such as sealing rings(including materials of cr-mo alloy steel, tungsten-molybdenum alloy, stainless steel series of high-precision; The tech of cr-mo alloy series sealing rings has reached or exceeded the advanced level of similar products home and abroad), floating bearing sheaths, and especially the variable geometry nozzle rings. We are now the leading manufacturer producing nozzle rings in China.
Our company has passed quality management system certification ISO9001: 2000 in year 2003 and ISO/ts16949: 2002 in year 2004. We have a strong technical force and advanced R&D. There are more than 100 employees, 16 of whom are engineers. Our products have gone through a variety of experimental assessment and testing-related standards and achieved the title of high-tech products.
